At Moment.Amsterdam, we believe a purchase is only truly successful when you’re completely satisfied. That’s why we offer a straightforward return process, allowing you to return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To make returns as easy as possible, follow these steps:

  1. Register your return
  • Visit the returns portal at: http://moment-amsterdam.returnista.com
  • Log in using your email address and the order number from your confirmation email.
  • Select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred return method. You’ll automatically receive a return label.
  1. Pack your return
  • Pack your items securely, including the packing slip(s) and completed return form.
  • Be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label to avoid confusion.
  1. Send it back
  • Drop your package off at a local post office within 3 working days after registering your return.
  1. Refund process
  • Once your return is received by our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 14 days, using the original payment method.

 

Before Returning Your Items, Please Note:

  • The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • Item(s) must be in their original packaging.

In the case of a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
