Our garments are primarily produced in
Europe, including Portugal, Turkey and Italy, where we collaborate with skilled, long -term partners who share our values. Additionally, we work with trusted suppliers in India, known for their expertise and craftsmanship.
Here’s a brief overview of our production
locations:
- Portugal: We’ve partnered with factories here since the beginning. Known for their high-quality jerseys, sweats, and embroidery work, our Portuguese suppliers share our dedication to quality and sustainability.
- Italy: Specializing in knitwear, woven styles, and beautiful linen designs, our Italian suppliers are mostly small, family-owned businesses. Their craftsmanship and commitment to excellence are unmatched.
- Turkey: Turkey is renowned for its premium denim and viscose production. We ensure our denim collection is low-impact and prioritize sustainable materials.
- India: We’ve partnered with only 2 factories which have all certificates.

Ordering
You can place an order without creating an account by simply entering your details during checkout. However, creating an account has benefits: your address is saved for faster future purchases, and you have an overview of your previous orders.
You can change your delivery address during the checkout process before confirming your order.
Once an order is completed, changes such as adding items, modifying sizes, or canceling are not possible. You’ll need to place a new order.

Shipping
No, once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed due to our automated shipping process.
If you’re unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave your package at the nearest pickup point. You’ll have 7 days to collect it before it’s returned to us.
Yes. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email. Use it to monitor your package's status and delivery time

Returns
Yes, you can return your order by following the return instructions provided in your package. Please ensure items are unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
No, webshop orders cannot be returned in physical stores.
Yes, you can combine returns from multiple orders in one box. However, please ensure that you submit the return forms for each order separately online. This helps us process your return more efficiently and avoids delays in refunds
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. At Moment Amsterdam, we encourage thoughtful shopping to reduce returns and minimize environmental impact. Return shipping fees vary by country and will be deducted from your refund.
Exception: If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will be free of charge. In such cases, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@moment-amsterdam.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will guide you through the return process and cover all associated costs.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order. Once we process your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 1–2 working days. During peak periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times
